This is the Privacy Notice for the websites achristouart.com and luminousages.com as run by A Christou Design Pty Ltd. 1. Information We Collect
Generally the only times we collect Personal Data is when you sign up to our Newsletter (Given name and email address) or when you make a purchase from our store (Full name, email address, mailing address and credit card details). We assume in both these cases of consent given. We do also use Google Analytics and trust that they have responsible Data facilities.
Providing us with Personal Data can give you access to these services: Newsletter and Purchases from the store however it is not required to use our website.
We Collect PD in the following ways:
Automatically:
Using Google Analytics we automatically gather data from your browser or mobile device including: the website you came from, if any, and the website you go to, if any. Your Internet Provider, your internet service provider, your web browser and/or mobile device, your computer operating service and data relating to your browsing of the website. We use this data to analyse trends among our users to improve our services and website.

When Entering and use our Website:
When entering and using our website, if you agree to use cookies these may collect some PD.
When you submit on Online Form:
If you submit an online form giving us your Given Name and Email Address for the purpose of receiving emailed newsletters. This information will be used by us to send you emails about news and offers. We use the provider Convertkit to send newsletters.
When Buying Products or Services:
When you make a purchase from our store you are providing information to SquareSpace to process the order. This will include your Full name, Credit Card details and mailing address.
2. Our Use of Cookies

3. How Your Information Is Used
Your information will be used to process purchases made from our store. Or to send you emailed newsletters using Convertkit.com. These emails will normally be 2-4 a month with more occurring during special events such as Kickstarters. We may also send you emails about special offers that we feel will appeal to you.
These emails will be sent to the Name and email address provided by you. You can change your contact details by emailing us at anthony@achristouart.com
We will never send your Personal Data to third-parties for marketing purposes. We might provide NPD for data aggregation purposes and provide your PD to third-parties service providers that may include but are not limited to: payment processors, website hosting companies, web analytics companies, advertising networks, call centers, data management services, help desk providers, accountants, law firms, auditors, shopping cart and email service providers, and shipping companies.
We may be legally required to disclose your PD if such disclosure is (a) required by subpoena, law, or other legal process; (b) necessary to assist law enforcement officials or government enforcement agencies; (c) necessary to protect us from legal action or claims from third parties, including you and/or other users or members; or (d) necessary to protect the legal rights, personal/real property, or personal safety of our company, users, employees, and affiliates.
If our business is sold or merges with another business we retain the right to share your PD. If such a situation occurs a notice will be made via email to those who are signed up for our newsletter. If there are any changes made to the privacy notice this will also be informed by email. You will retain the right to request your PD be restricted or forgotten.
4. Retaining and Destroying Your PD
We retain your PD only for as long as it is needed for legal, business or tax reasons. It may be retained in digital or physical forms. These will be destroyed when no longer needed.

We may link to other websites. These websites are outside our control and are not subject to our privacy notice. They will likely have their own Privacy Notice. 7. Protecting Children’s Privacy
Although our website is not aimed at children under 16 we realize that children under 16 might access our website and provide PD. We do not knowingly collect PD from children under 16 and will remove it as quickly as possible when contacted by a guardian. We might require evidence of identity to prevent the malicious removal of data. You acknowledge that we do not verify the age of our users nor do we have a liability to do so.
8. Our Email Policy
You can always opt out of email correspondence. We will not sell, trade or share your email address with an unaffiliated party without your permission. Unless our business is merged, sold or we go bankrupt.
9. Our Security Policy
We use the industry level security services provided by SquareSpace and Convertkit to protect your PD. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee against the loss or misuse of PD due to the nature of the internet.
10. Use of Your Credit Card
You may have to provide a credit card to purchase products and services from our website. We use third party billing services through the SquareSpace services and have no control over these services. However we do our best to ensure that the third-party services we use meet industry standards of security to best protect your PD.
11. Transferring PD from the European Union
The PD that you provide may be stored in countries outside the EU. Including the United States and Australia. For users without the European Union with your consent your PD may be transferred to countries outside the EU to United States and Australia to allow to for the provision of products and services. We will take steps to try and protect your PD and will act in accordance to this Privacy Notice. By using our website, products or services you agree to the transference of your PD in the manner referenced in this Privacy Notice.
12. Changes to Our Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to change our Privacy Notice at any time. If we make any changes to our Privacy Notice these changes will be published on our website so that users can always view it. If major changes are made we will also inform those of our users who have consented to email correspondence via email. In all cases, your continued use of our website, products and services after changes have been published will be considered as consent.
