THRASYS THE DRAGONBIRD

Dragonbirds are a unique species that award winning, fantasy artist Anthony Christou invented for his popular fantasy series, Luminous Ages. They combine two of his favourite flying things, dragons and Australian parrots. Dragonbirds in the series vary a lot from little more than pets and livestock in some areas to trusted friends and companions in other areas.

Thrasys is especially important to Anthony and plays an important role in the story of Luminous Ages as he acts as the loyal companion of one of the main characters, one of the few things that connects him to his past as he continues on his journey.
